Drew Faust has agreed to meet with the class Friday evening between the symposia and dinner
(kate Kirby) suggested starting dinner later than 6PM to give people more time to get ready. Recommendation is 7-10 for Friday and either 7-11 or 6-10 for Saturday
(Pete) 4 symposia at a time.
Put the moderated discussions on Saturday in between the symposia and dinner - and shift dinner back to 7PM
(PR) An earlier mailing had mentioned an author's table. Possibility to have it during registration. Michelle said registration will not be at 124 Mt. Auburn.
Earlier class had a special signing event. Not clear where or when to have the physical books in front of people. We could do a handout - or a nice email piece.
Last year did a book signing Saturday during lunch. Lots of people wanting to participate. Coop sponsored it. Authors participated. A bit frantic, the readings were too much.
Last year's lunch was at Christ Church, and the book signing was there as well.

Reasonable range is 25-35/guest.
Liquor comes from Gordon's at wholesale prices, with HSA bartenders.
