The HAA Template comes with a wide vaiety of User Profile Fields. You may decide that you want fewer fields. If so, go to:

'''Type''': This controls the type of data (such as email address, web link, text) that can be entered in the field. For publications, you might need some space so you could select "Text Area".

'''Name''': This is the name of the field in the database. We suggest that you prefix the name with cb_ and use lower case letters. So you might use cb_publications.

'''Title''': This is the name of the field that the user will see. So here you might use "Publications".

The rest of the page allows you to specify how the new field will be displayed and used.

Once you click "Apply" or "Save" the new field wil be created in the database and you can go ahead and use it.
