The following is a partial list of services provided by the HAA:

  1. Assists the reunion committee in developing the overall reunion program and helps coordinate and synchronize the program with Harvard and Radcliffe sponsored events.
  1. Helps the reunion committee develop a reunion budget.
  1. Reserves University buildings and real estate for reunion events.
  1. Facilitates reunion mailings and emails to classmates: You provide some copy; we do the rest.
  1. Administers campus housing program and breakfasts:
    1. Process campus housing reservation forms.
    2. Handles all room assignments.
    3. Provide around-the-clock student help at the Currier Bell Desk during reunion week.
    4. Provide student help to serve as porters and messengers.
  2. Provides at least one staff member at every reunion committee meeting if it occurs Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
  3. Provide space for reunion committee meetings with validated parking.
  4. Maintains accurate reunion committee lists, reproduces minutes of meetings, and mails them to committee members prior to the next meeting.
  5. Provides a childcare program for Friday and Saturday nights.
  6. Hires, trains, supervise, and assign two student helpers to each reunion.
  7. Handles most beverage, bar, and bartender arrangements.
  8. Edits and produces piece that includes Harvard and Radcliffe events open to all reunions.
  9. Serves as resource for suppliers such as caterers, entertainers, bands, DJs, and memorabilia companies.
  10. Coordinates and synchronizes all security, tent, table, and chair orders.
  11. The HAA will be present at each reunion event.
