Managing Community Builder Tabs

Tabs control what is displayed on the user's profile page. You can manage tabs by going to:
Joomla->Components->Community Builder->Tab Management
Here you can add/delete or edit individual tabs. For example, if you want to change the description of the College tab, you would click on the College tab in the Tab Manager and then enter the new description.
