Community Builder

Community Builder is an extension to Joomla that adds sophisticated user management and social networking features to Joomla. The extension is free but documentation is on a subscription basis. As of this writing (1/14/09) the subscription is 25 Euros per year. You probably do not need to subscribe unless you plan on making extensive changes to the templare.
