Creating a new Event

Joomla->Components->Event List
This takes you to the central Event List screen. To create a new event, click the "Add Event" button and fill out the form; then click "Save". If you need to create a new venue in the middle of creating the event, you can even do this by clicking the "Add" button next to Venue on the Add Event screen.
