Edit Web Links
To edit or add Web links, you go to:
Joomla->Components->Web Links->Links
There you will find the existing Web links and you can edit or delete them, and you can add new links.
If you want to add a new category of links (such as the "Harvard Web Links") then you go to:
Joomla->Components->Web Links->Categories
There you will be able to configure the way the links are displayed. You will also be able to add new categories or delete categories you no longer need.
TIP: The caption for the image (labeled 'description') strips any leading spaces. If you want to move the caption away from the picture, insert a couple of periods, then select them and use the color option in the tool bar to change them to white. They will be invisible and will serve as spacers.
