The Google Analytics Bridge 2009 module adds a short snippet of Javascript code to each page. This code includes your Google Analytics tracking id and allows Google to keep track of traffic on your site. The module can be downloaded from:

The module installs in the usual way from Joomla->Extensions->Install/Uninstall. Once it is installed you can set your Google Analytics ID in the parameters field at Joomla->Plugin Manager->Google Analytics Bridge.
